# Document activity

> Throughput, completion and decline rates, time to sign, and the packages that have stalled.

**Document activity** ("How much went out, and how much came back.") summarises package throughput for a date range. It is part of **Advanced reporting**, available from the Business plan (see [pricing](https://flowsign.app/pricing)); on other plans the page offers an upgrade instead. No permission is needed to open it, but a member without the **view all packages** permission (`canViewAllPackages`) sees only their own documents, with a note: "Your own documents only: seeing the whole organisation's throughput needs the view all packages permission."

## Header

A date range picker and an **Export** menu with one CSV per table: **By status**, **By owner**, **By tag**, **By template**, **Stalled documents** and **Declined documents**.

## Stat cards

**Sent**, **Completed**, **Declined**, **Expired** and **In flight** counts for the range.

## Sent, opened, signed

A funnel showing each stage as a share of everything sent in the period, alongside **Open rate** and **Completion rate**.

## Time to sign

**Average** and **Median** time from a document being sent to signing completing, with the number of signings it was calculated from.

## Packages

Owners also see **Charged** and **Cost** for packages charged in the period.

## Breakdowns

Four tables: **By status**, **By owner**, **By tag** and **By template**.

## Stalled and Declined

* **Stalled**: documents sent and never opened for longer than the stall threshold shown in the subtitle. Empty state: **Nothing has stalled**: "Every document sent in this period has been opened."
* **Declined**: "What came back as a no." Empty state: **Nothing was declined**: "No recipient turned a document down in this period."
