# Reports

> What Flowsign has recorded and sent, grouped into four reports.

**Reports** is a landing page linking to each report Flowsign offers:

* **Audit trail**: every recorded event across member activity and signing, with the actor, IP address and origin behind each one. Included on every plan. Requires the **view audit log** permission (`canViewAuditLog`).
* **Email history**: every email Flowsign sent for your packages and team, with delivery status and bounce reasons. Included on every plan, with no permission needed; what you see depends on your permissions.
* **Document activity**: throughput, completion and decline rates, time to sign, and packages that have stalled. Part of **Advanced reporting**, available from the Business plan. No permission needed; without **view all packages** you see your own documents only.
* **Team activity**: per-member volume and outcomes, with a drill-in to any one person's activity stream. Part of **Advanced reporting**, available from the Business plan. Requires the **view members** permission (`canViewMembers`) to appear on this page.

A card you don't have the permission for is left off the page; an administrator can grant permissions from Roles & Permissions. A card your plan doesn't include shows an **Upgrade to Business** button instead of opening the report. See [pricing](https://flowsign.app/pricing) for what each plan includes.
