# Action Required

> Packages waiting on something from you, with the action to take instead of a status column.

**Action Required** (**Packages → Action Required** in the sidebar) is the [Packages](/guides/packages/all-packages) list pinned to packages that need attention from you. The sidebar shows a count of them. The list replaces the **Status** and **Activity** columns with an **Action required** column naming what is owed:

* **Your signature is required**: you are a signer and it is your turn.
* **Open and acknowledge your copy**: you are a recipient who needs to view the package.
* **Host `<name>`'s session**: you are hosting an in-person signing for that recipient.

Row selection is turned off, and there is no **Viewing** filter: this list is always about you. The **Created** filter is still available.

An empty list shows **No Action Required packages**.
